Welcome to Camizao Immigration Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

• RCIC: Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
• CICC: College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, the regulatory body for immigration consultants in Canada.
• Client: Any individual or entity that engages the services of Camizao Immigration Solutions.
• Initial Consultation Agreement: A written agreement outlining the purpose, fee, and date of the initial consultation between the RCIC and the Client.
• Retainer Agreement: A contract between the RCIC and the Client that sets out the terms of the business arrangement.

Camizao Immigration Solutions provides consulting services in various areas of Canadian immigration, including but not limited to:

• Permanent Residency
• Work Permits
• Study Permits
• Citizenship
• Family Sponsorship
• Business Investment

Camizao Immigration Solutions commits to:

• Following all Codes of Professional Ethics.
• Delivering timely and diligent services as agreed upon in the Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement.

• Professional fees will be charged as per the services required and agreed upon in a written Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement.
• Exclusions from professional fees include government fees, third-party service fees (e.g., ECA, IELTS, biometrics), travel expenses, and any other costs specified in the agreement.

• Invoices will be sent to the Client via email and will include the Client’s name, address, list of services provided, dates of service, and total fees with applicable taxes.
• Payment is due within two weeks from the date of the invoice. An additional two weeks may be granted under special circumstances upon request.

• Payments can be made via bank/wire transfer in CAD$, MasterCard, or Visa with prior intimation.

• No fees will be refunded if the application is rejected by the immigration authorities.
• Fees for unused services will be refunded within 30 days from the due date.

Camizao Immigration Solutions maintains a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage. We will not divulge any information or documents to third parties without the Client’s prior consent, except as required by law.

We adhere to strict file management policies, ensuring that client files are created, tracked, stored, and disposed of securely. Both hard copies and soft copies of documents are maintained with appropriate security measures.

• All materials on this website are owned by Camizao Immigration Solutions and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• You may reproduce materials for non-commercial purposes, provided you exercise due diligence in ensuring accuracy and indicate the source and author.

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, and Camizao Immigration Solutions does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content of these websites.
